FAQS

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY ITEM?

It depends on the nature of the repair. Some items such as air filters, fuel filters, oil, mower wheels, shear pins - can be accessed relatively easy. Other parts - carburetors, ignition coil, recoil start, electric starter require disassembly of equipment and take longer. Additionally, parts such as commonly used spark plugs, air filters, gaskets, skids shoes, drive belts, etc. are kept on hand for the most common models Briggs & Stratton, Honda, and Tecumseh engines.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash, Check with drivers license/state I.D. for any purchase/service, Credit Cards may be used to pay an online invoice.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM?

Replacement parts are purchased from a variety of sources (Original Equipment Manufacturer) - e.g. Ariens, Briggs & Stratton, Cub Cadet, Honda, John Deere, MTD, Snapper, Tecumseh, Toro, etc. if the customer prefers or if suitable aftermarket parts are not available.

Additionally, any aftermarket parts used have been thoroughly vetted for quality, performance, and being a drop-in replacement before I will use them. Some examples of quality aftermarket parts used are - Stens, Oregon, or Rotary brand.

WHAT HAPPENS TO USED OIL/OIL FILTERS, BAD/STALE FUEL, ETC.?

Used oil & used oil filters are recycled in accordance with the applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Bad or stale fuel is filtered to remove contaminants such as dirt, debris, water, etc. then treated with fuel stabilizer and other additives and mixed with fresh fuel so it can be used in a vehicle per Federal EPA guidelines.
